JEWELERS OF AMERICA
2020 National Design Competition Winner
David Gardner’s Jewelers wins first-place in the 2020 CASE Awards, National Jewelers of America’s annual jewelry design competition.
“We can hardly find the words to describe the feeling. It’s truly a blessing and an honor to have the opportunity to design for so many close friends and customers. We design to tell a story – what a gift that we were able to tell this story in a piece so well received by our industry. We are grateful!”
Jewelers of America, the national trade association for businesses serving the fine jewelry marketplace, has awarded David Gardner of College Station-based David Gardner’s Jewelers, a first-place award in the 2020 CASE Awards, the association’s annual jewelry design competition. Gardner won the CASE Award in the Retailer Jewelry $10,001 to $50,000 (retail value) category.
Gardner competed among over 100 jewelers in the competition. The CASE Awards recognizes the creativity, artistry, style and excellence in jewelry design from top jewelers across the nation. All entries were evaluated by a panel of expert judges to determine a winner in each category. “Jewelers of America is honored to showcase the exceptional craftsmanship and creativity of jewelers, like David Gardner, whose designs demonstrate the remarkable jewelry available from JA-member stores nationwide,” says JA spokesperson, Amanda Gizzi.
